Hockey is not only fun to watch, but fun to play. Youth or adult, it’s never too late to give it a go.
In youth hockey, Try Hockey Free events are typically where equipment is provided and participants can experience hockey before signing up to play. Hockey 1 programs commonly teach basic skating and preliminary hockey skills. Hockey 2 programs generally prepare a player for joining a competitive team.
Adult learn to play classes usually have comprehensive skating and hockey instruction wrapped into one session, with the end goal of being team ready at end of session.
Here’s a list of several local hockey organizations where you can get started, whether for yourself or for your child.
